Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2009 (SA)

The Security of Payment Act aims to ensure that when you carry out construction work (or supplies related goods and services) under a construction contract, then you are entitled to receive and recover progress payments relating to carrying out that work and the supplying of those goods and services.
