New Solar PV Laws Take Effect from 1 April 2022

For some months NECA has been advising members of impending changes to the documentary requirements for the Small-Scale Renewable Energy Scheme which will commence on 1 April 2022.

As of this date all new small-scale solar PV installations must meet the enhanced compliance requirements to be able to claim the small-scale technology certificates (STCs).
