Rescue Plan

We have developed a new Rescue Plan for all members of NECA and RACCA to utilise. A Rescue Plan is required whenever a PCBU requires a worker to be connected to a fall arrester as part of risk control measure. Regulation 80 of the WHS Regulations states that a PCBU must establish emergency procedures including rescue procedures and that the emergency procedure must be tested.
