For Teys Naracoorte High Voltage Reticulation Upgrade
Nilsen (SA) completed the electrical infrastructure upgrade for this beef processing plant, which included HV and LV protection design, embedded generation, and civil works. They installed 900 metres of bundled aluminium cable, 200 metres of earthing, and 4 kilometres of conduit. The new HV metered connection helps Teys Naracoorte reduce their costs and improve reliability. It also enhances power connectivity for embedded generation via the biogas-fuelled power plant and planned future renewable projects.
