For The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Clinical Services Building
Nilsen (SA) successfully completed a $30 million electrical and communications installation to the new Clinical Services Building at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The scope of works included main site electrical infrastructure from existing transformers to a new mains switchboard, main distribution board, and other distribution boards. Furthermore, the scope also included two uninterruptable power supply units and three generator sets and controls. Nilsen also installed new backbone cabling from the existing tower block and inpatient building to the new site as well as internal backbone to eight communications rooms via diverse pathways.
